The Opera Cadet is situated in an enchanting semi pedestrian street in the central 9ieme district of Paris. Originally built in 1988, it was renovated in 2000 and now offers 85 rooms including triples and quadruples, and suites complete with Jacuzzi. Three of the rooms are specially adapted for disabled guests. All rooms have en suite bathrooms, hair dryer and are sound proof and air conditioned. They come with in room safe, mini bar direct dial phone and satellite T V and WiFi has recently been added.
The Opera Cadet has a bar and two lounges to relax in and also a glass roofed patio garden which is available for functions. There is private car parking for guests, but the Metro at Cadet is only a stone s throw away and there are 7 bus stops nearby. For the business visitor the Opera Cadet offers three meeting rooms which can cater for up to 60 delegates who can take advantage of day or residential packages.
The Opera Cadet provides an ideal base for visiting the City of Lights . The fantastic shopping opportunities of the Galeries Lafayette and Le Printemps are both less than 1km away. For entertainment, both the Opera Garnier and Opera Comique are within an easy walk, and you can stroll down the Avenue de l Opera to the Louvre museum and the Jardins des Tuileries, a formal garden dating from the 16th century. From here it a short walk along the banks of the River Seine to the Gothic Notre Dame Cathedral famous for, among many other things, its gargoyles, stained glass and bells.
