The Melia Vendome Boutique is centrally located between Opera and the Place Vendome in the 9ieme district of central Paris. It is a recently restored traditional Parisian building and still retains many of the original features such as marble floors and the beautiful belle époque skylight in the lobby.
The 83 rooms are tastefully decorated and all have air conditioning, en suite bathroom with hairdryer, mini bar and in room safe. The Melia Vendome boutique has a meeting room which caters for up to 25 delegates and is equipped with all the modern technology that today's business requires including WiFi internet access. The nearby Place Vendome is full of designer jewellery shops and Opera has many department stores. A short stroll will take you to the Jardin des Tuileries and the Louvre Museum where you can view some of the world's great works of art including the Mona Lisa.
Just up the road, Opera Garnier stages great operatic works in a splendid typically French building and in the opposite direction, but just as close, lies the Comedie Francais, the world's oldest national theatre founded in 1680. For eating out the area around the Melia Vendome Boutique is full of bars and cafes including Harry's New York Bar, home of the Bloody Mary and L'Absinthe which provides bistro food that you can enjoy on pavement tables in the warm weather.
