While staying at the Melia Royal Alma you are in a perfect position to visit the sights of Paris easily. The nearby Metro station of Alma Marceau and RER station of Port d'Alma will make more distant destinations easily accessible and there are many more places of interest on your doorstep. The Champs Elysees is a mere 300 metres away and off here lies the Golden Triangle where some of the world's best known designer labels are based.
A stroll up the Champs Elysees will take you to one of Paris's most famous landmarks, the Arc de Triomphe, built by Napoleon to commemorate his victory at Austerlitz. Just 1 km away from the Melia Royal Alma lies another of the capital's most recognisable structures, the Eiffel Tower. Built in 1889 for the World Fair, it is worth the climb up to enjoy the spectacular views of the city.
