The Holiday Inn Paris Gare de l'Est is to be found right in front of the recently renovated Gare de l'Est railway station in the 10ième district of Paris. Behind its traditional façade lie 200 air conditioned and soundproofed rooms which were renovated in 2007. They have en suite bathrooms with hair dryer, satellite TV and in room safe. 4 of the rooms are adapted for guests with disabilities. There are 5 meeting rooms which provide space for up to 70 delegates and a range of business services to help events run smoothly. The reception desk can help with things such as transport and travel as well as currency exchange and the mundane laundry and dry cleaning. There is room service available in the morning and your pets are welcome too.
The 10ième district is a multicultural and slightly bohemian area, and although the Holiday Inn Paris Gare de l'Est has no restaurant on site, there is a wealth of dining opportunities in the immediate vicinity where you can sample cuisine from around the world. Being close to both the Gare de l'Est and the Eurostar terminus at Gare du Nord means that you can travel easily anywhere in Paris using the reliable and cheap Métro but you have the wonderful department stores of the Grands Boulevards and sights such as the Louvre, Notre Dame and the basilica of Sacré Cœur within an easy walk of your base at the Holiday Inn Paris Gare de l'Est
